Basic Principles and Applications of Veterinary Homeopathy:
The Vital Force Workshop in the Basic Principles and Applications of
Veterinary Homeopathy is designed to introduce the philosophy, the
theory, and the techniques of classical homeopathy as it applies to our
animal companions. Registration is open to the public, and limited to
30 participants.
We will explore medicine, sustainable organic agriculture, and ecology
as a continuum into the larger concepts of global health; the paradigm
of holism as it applies to the individual, to general populations, and
to the global biome; the theory and principles of classical homeopathy;
the actions of medicine in the body; ways to assess the effects of
therapy; and will progress to the mechanics of homeopathy through the
use of the repertory and the materia medica. We will conclude with a
materia medica study of the common acute and emergency remedies used in
our animal companions and relevant case studies to demonstrate the practical applications of the material presented.
This workshop will be a concentration of the basic information necessary
for a firm foundation in the art and science of homeopathy and to begin
you and your animal companions on the path to true health.
Participants will need to be prepared with a copy of Kent's Repertory
and Clarke's Dictionary of Practical Materia Medica. These are
available from most sites that sell homeopathy materials.
